Tommy Bishop, C2 Legal's Regional Vice President covering our Texas locations, has been in the legal document management business since 1989.  Tommy is very familiar with the Houston and DFW market and maintains strategic ties to various corporate and legal entities in the region.

In 1998 Tommy accepted an ownership position with C2 Legal and opened, at the time, the 4th office for C2Legal in Houston, Texas..  Two years later he was promoted to Regional Vice President and opened our next Texas office in Dallas.  Tommy has extensive experience on all aspects of our business, including financials, operations, and sales.

Tommy attended the University of Texas at Arlington. He also received a mid-management certification from the Cox school of business from the Southern Methodist Unvisersity.
