Rob Foil - President

Rob Foil Co-Founded C2 Legal in 1996 with Fred Bishop and assumed the role of President in 2008.  In this role Rob works closely with C2’s senior leadership to ensure that we are constantly developing our service offerings to suit our client’s needs. 

Prior to his current role as President, Rob served C2 Legal as Vice President and Opening General Manager of our Detroit and Chicago offices.

Prior to founding C2 Legal, Rob served in several management and business development capacities for Ikon Legal Document Services in Dallas, San Francisco and St. Louis.  In total, Rob has over 20 Years of experience in the litigation support industry.

Rob attended West Texas A&M University and resides in Houston, Texas.
