Our Chicago office is managed by Essie Etemadi and Mark Neace, between the two of them they have over 25 years of experience in the litigation support business. C2 Legal-Chicago has built a reputation for unparalleled service and quality since it’s inception in 1997. Our 3 work shifts are staffed 24 hour a day, 7 days a week. C2 Legal’s largest EDD processing facility is located on-site which ensures security and quick turnaround times on all EDD processing projects.

Digital Services Project Manager
Description
C2 Legal Chicago is growing! In an effort to expand our electronic discovery department, we are looking to bring on a talented project manager to handle an assortment of duties
Primary functions: Under the supervision of the Digital Manager, you will perform a wide range of project management duties as well as data analyst duties. You will be engaged in the design, development, evaluation, and production of our imaging and E-discovery projects within the office.
Requirements
• Must show high level mastery and/or high familiarity with the litigation process, law firms, and litigation specific software tools such as Concordance, Summation, IConect, FYI, LAW 5.0, and IPRO
• The ability to handle more than one project at a time and employ proper time management skills.
• The ability to conceptualize and communicate to non-technical audiences the lifecycle of a typical electronic litigation support project. Must be able to articulate recommended litigation solutions.
• Provide consulting expertise when needed to evaluate scopes of work, define deliverables, and manage litigation support and e-discovery projects.
• Must have excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage projects and supervise client expectations. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Good negotiating and presentation skills. Demonstrated organizational and teamwork skills. Ability to deal effectively with all levels of staff
• Must be able to handle high stress situations and deal successfully with conflict.
• Must be able to exercise sound independent judgment under minimal direct supervision.
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Legal Studies, Information Systems, or related fields; or significant relevant experience.
• Minimum two (2) years experience with legal technologies
