Digital Imaging and Ediscovery Manager
C2 Legal is looking for a digital imaging/ediscovery specialist who is hands on with electronic data discovery processing as well as leading a processing team. Extensive project management experience is required. You will be assuming the technical command of a full service Law 5.0 processing facility that is involved with digital imaging, electronic discovery processing and quality control mechanisms. This job requires that you:
. Have expert level knowledge in Law 4.0/5.0
. Can ensure quality control in all phases of the electronic conversion process.
. Analyze data, identify problems and recommend corrective action, if needed, to support staff.
. Troubleshoot common conversion errors and provide data validation to ensure quality assurance on all final products.
. Are responsible for the day-to-day tracking of digital and ediscovery projects in Houston.
. Understand load file manipulation and Access database usage.
. Responsible for the maintenance, loading and quality control of client document databases, images and load files.
. Interact with clients when necessary
. Lead the other members of the ediscovery processing staff in furthering C2 Legal’s ediscovery processing in the Houston market.

3. Ability to multi-task and work under strict deadlines in a fast paced legal environment.
4. Working understanding of the litigation discovery process in context of Ediscovery
5. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
6. Ability to interact/communicate effectively with all levels of litigation support
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
8. High level experience with various litigation support applications, such as Concordance, Summation, Doculex, IPRO, and LAW 5.0.
9. Demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and Access.
