Throughout the entire EDRM cycle, from collections to review and analysis, C2 is focused on reducing the cost and time associated with analyzing and reviewing data.  It is important to note that our approach is forward thinking and focuses our energy on assisting our clients in reducing the cost of processing, review and analysis prior to the review process by substantially reducing the data set before we process or load to our linear review platform.  We have clearly established our ability to reduce our clients’ full cost of review by 50% or more with our unique approach focused on assisting our clients in locating the truly relevant data as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Our uniqueness centers on our belief that large data sets should be staged into Clearwell prior to traditional EDD processing and the subsequent linear review.  Clearwell enables us to reduce the data set by as much as 70%-90% prior to processing and web hosting which, in turn, substantially reduces the cost of each and, further downstream, the pure cost of attorney review.  With Clearwell 4.0 now fully deployed, we are also able to offer our clients who are committed to a native review the ability to export directly out of Clearwell into a linear review tool with zero EDD processing costs.  That represents a savings of $350-$500/GB at the outset of the project.
